For many of us in the maritime world, the end of the summer holidays heralds a new season of travel as various keynote boat shows and exhibitions are held. First on the agenda this autumn will be the enormous SMM trade fair in Hamburg from Tuesday 3 to Friday 6 September. Over 40,000 participants from 120+ countries will to gather in one of Germany’s most vibrant cities to talk business and MarQuip will be exhibiting together with our partner Discom. An even more iconic setting awaits MarQuip managers Jeroen van der Matten and John Maaskant at the end of the month as they fly south for four full days at the Monaco Yacht Show. The global superyacht community will descend on the bay of Port Hercule, which will be packed with the world’s latest and largest yachts. John and Jeroen have chosen not be tied to a stand during the show so they can meet you in and around the venue from Wednesday 25 to Saturday 28 September at your preferred location. It’s going to be busy so let us know the where and when via email.
Last but certainly not least comes the mighty METSTRADE show, which is held much closer to home in the giant RAI Amsterdam convention centre. The MarQuip stand number is 10.304 and we hope you will join us there. As the world’s largest trade exhibition of marine equipment, materials and systems, this is a great place to meet us and network with more than 18,000 of your industry colleagues and leisure marine peers. We are looking forward to catching up in the Dutch capital from Tuesday 19 to Thursday 21 November.
