As members of the Dutch trade association Netherlands Maritime Technology (NMT), we always look forward to its annual NMT-IRO Sailing Day. The MarQuip crew for this special event takes its role seriously and has been training for weeks ahead of the big day on 26 June.
We set the bar high by coming first in the event in 2023 (you can see what it meant to the team from their faces here) and maybe mentioned it too often as we were not among the prizes last year. Hopefully the 2025 Sailing Day will see us do better but regardless of who wins it is the taking part that counts (not sure anyone believes that really!).
